Enrolments

The same enrolment process is followed in both St Paul's and Sacred Heart Primary Schools.  Primary Schools of St Anne & Joachim Catholic Parish are zoned according to place of residence.

Enrolments for the following year are advertised in the local press, school Facebook page, school newsletters, the parish bulletin, kinder/child care and in other prominent places.

Open Day

We will be holding an Open Day, during Catholic Education Week, on Wednesday 1st May 2024.  We invite those who are considering St Paul's for their child's education to book a place on one of the tours.  A member of leadership will conduct the tour.  It will be an opportunity for families who are new to St Paul's to view our facilities, ask questions etc.   We look forward to seeing you.

Enrolment Confirmation

Parents will receive an email on Wednesday 19th June to confirm whether their Enrolment Application has been successful.  Parents who do not wish to proceed with the enrolment application are to notify the school by Wednesday 26th June. 

In normal circumstances, waiting lists are not kept except in the instance where a place is not available at either parish primary schools.

Requests for enrolments at other times during the year are to be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Foundation 2025 Transition Program 

• assists the children make a smooth transition into school life in 2025
• Transition Program consists of 6 sessions commencing 4th Term 2024. It is strongly encouraged that children attend all sessions. 
• A staff member visits the child's kinder to liaise with current educators.

24th October 2024 12.15pm- 1.00pm 1.15pm -2.00pm  .	2nd Visit Session #1 (groups A&B) Session #2 (groups C&D) Focus: Play based learning session, outside play (bring hat), fruit snack provided, story & school tour.
31st October 2024 12.15pm - 1.45pm .	3rd Visit All 2025 Foundation children Focus: Play based learning session, outside play (bring hat), fruit snack provided, story & activities.
7th November 2024 12.15pm -1.45pm .	4th Visit All 2025 Foundation children Focus: Play based learning session, outside play (bring hat), fruit snack provided, story & activities.
14th November 2024 12.15pm -1.45pm .	5th Visit All 2025 Foundation children Focus: Buddies, fruit snack provided and outside play (bring hat).
21st November 2024 12.15pm -3.15pm .	6th Visit All 2025 Foundation children Focus: Meet the teacher - children will be in their 2025 class groups.
21st November 2024 2.45pm -3.15pm .	Parent Information Meeting will be conducted whilst children participate in Session #6.  It is an expectation that at least one parent (new families) attends this meeting.  Existing families most welcome. Uniform Shop will also be open.
